Guided by Western and Oriental theoretical and cultural foundations, students are trained to communicate their messages to the community with respect to their culture, beliefs, values, and perspectives.

Dear Tita Mercy is a radio program of the Cebuano Studies Center (CSC), Department of Communications, Linguistics, and Literature (DCLL), PALABRA, and DYRF. It is run by Literary and Cultural Studies (LCS) students and faculty of the University of San Carlos. Our advocacies include giving meaningful advice to our listeners and promoting Cebuano literature to the masses.

Pulong sa mga Alagad sa Obra (PALABRA)

PALABRA is the official organization of the Literature students of the University of San Carlos. It shall ensure the preservation of the Cebuano heritage and culture without hindering the appreciation of foreign literature. It shall commit itself to establishing the importance of literature and cultural studies in society through the fusion of Western and Eastern values in order to create a unique identity that fosters critical thinking through creative expression.
